What have you just BOUGHT?

I know fitting this lens to this camera is not quite the right thing to do, but it is fun to use. Newly arrived Canon 50/1.4 from around 1969 on my 1933 Leica III.

Zeiss Ikon Contaflex Alpha, it was part of a eBay convulot I won for the starting bid of 1€ (+6€ shipping). The confolut contained also a near mint Zenit ET, and a Yashica Auto Focus compact with case. Description said: "Cameras are in good optical shape but untested, sold as found, broken for parts or tinkerer".

The pictures showed all camereas in not too bad condition, with dust.
After cleaning on the outside all 3 look good, Zenit and Yashica work fine. On the Contaflex 1/2s and 1s are too slow and tend to stick.

Metabones LTM-M 35/135 adaptor for my Summaron 3.5cm F 3.5. The one that can with the lens would only focus down to 2 meters. This one lets you focus to the minimum focusing distance 1 meter.
Build quality comparable to the voigtlander LTM-M adapters I use on other lens

1) Leica 1978 Original Family Tree Poster. Not sure how original is original, but the price is the same as a printed poster, so why not.

2) Tri-X. Pan F, and Acros.

3) 15mm viewfinder.

GAS attack, a beat up user but serviced and fully working Hasselblad metered 45 degree prism😀 you lot are a bad influence 😱😎🙂

I have three of four of these. If you put the CRIS MR9 adapter in it, it is quite accurate. And it reads out in EV's if you have a 500CM lens. It's made for the camera. Like an NC-2 with a meter that reads out in EV's. Clean it up and hand brush on some flat black Krylon.

I keep finding neat stuff to buy.

1: W-Nikkor 3.5cm/3.5 in S mount

2: Pearl River TLR

3: E. Leitz photo enlarging mask

4; Nikon N80 w/ AF Nikkor 28-105 3.5-4.5D

Time to let the credit card cool off a bit.

Just received from the UK a mint 35mm Summicron V4 made in Germany I purchased off eBay. Never really knew what the fuss was all about but now I know. It's small and light weight compared to my go to aspherical. Shockingly I ended up as the highest bidder and got it for a great price.
