What have you just BOUGHT?

In the last three days:

- two oldish digital cams for my kids to "play" with
- Christmas decoration for outdoors
- hundreds of Christmas presents (at least it feels like that)

Here it is, the M4 MOT in ugly condition. I have wanted an original black-paint M4 for some time, I was lucky enough to find this one cheap. The paint is crap, but there are no dents, it operates as smooth as silk, and the L seal is still intact. I am debating restoring it or leaving it as is. It's wearing a Nokton 50/1.5 lens, one of my favorite performers.

Definitely do NOT restore it, its gorgeous how it is :p

According to B&H, the silver Fuji X-E1 w/ kit lens, that I ordered in September, shipped today, so my credit card will be billed, so I could say I just bought it! Finally!

Man, doesn't that just steam you when the shipping is 50% of the item price? Like a strap couldn't be popped in the mail for $2.00. I am seeing more of this on Amazon; it seems to me that companies are folding some of their profit into the "shipping and handling." Just my opinion, of course.

Don't you dare to touch this one up !!! :D

Seriously, it's a beauty, use it well!

Gordy strap, which arrived safe and sound and is perfect: I wanted a longer strap so i can sling my camera across my body over my coat rather than just around my neck. Of course, the stap is perfect.
I was also intending to get an LTM Sonnar, but picked up a ZM Planar instead, figuring that I should at least have one modern lens. Waiting for it to arrive.
Oh! And also waiting on some Ektar and Tri-X.

500 more sheets of Efke PL IR820 in 4x5 and a long sought after 105mm 5.6 Rodagon-G mural enlarging lens.

A set of Walz colour filters in 43mm (fitting to my Nikkor-S.C) and a swiss made vintage 36mm lens hood for my pre war Summar 50/2.

1978 chrome Hasselblad 500 SWC + A12 film back + hand strap + (aftermarket) lens hood and hood cap.

Pure impulse. See what a fine mess you've gotten me into? ;-)

I anticipate a long week ahead, waiting ...
