Nikon F1 (plain prism) and F36 motor drive / battery pack Serial number inside first 9000 made, hollow wind-on lever, hatch-marked timer lever and it dates from 1959. Lovely piece of kit and works like a dream.
Just made a gentleman's agreement to purchase this incredibly fine 1972 Mercedes-Benz 220D. Fewer leaks, fewer rust spots than my current 1978 300D and this one has a manual transmission!
My son has one of the first ones made, from around '51. This is a '61 version, one of the last ones made. His is actually nicer. This one cost $.99 and though it was very clean and everything worked, I had to repair a crack and a couple of small chips. I have some 120 B&W on the way.
This is the same type of camera that Eric J Henderson uses.
Leica M4-P in mint condition from RFF user John Wolf with a voigtlander 35mm 2.5 color skopar lens. Very awesome camera and awesome guy to buy from! Also, just picked up some Portra 160 to try in my Contax 645 and a slew of bw400cn and Ilford HP5 to try with the Leica. Can't wait to try it all out!
Here it is. Upon closer inspection I believe my initial thought was I think spot on. I don't think this was hardly shot at all if any. There wasn't even a film smudge on the pressure plate. Will replace the seal as that's just starting to revert back to oil but not bad. Shot a roll of TMax100 but haven't souped it yet. I can soup sheet film but probably need a can to do the 35mm right.
