What have you just SOLD - anti-thread to "What have you just BOUGHT"

Sold a Polaroid 195 Land Camera, a Nikon F4s, Nikon 50mm AF-D, Nikon 85mm AF-D and used the money to buy a Leica M2-S. Worked out well for me.

Best,
-Tim

nothing yet! But I am about to sell a Hasselblad 503cm, a Pentacon-six, a Canon 5d, a Canon 20d, a Canon EOS 3, a Canon 30v, a Canon 70-200 2.8 with a damaged AF, a Sigma 180mm 3.5 Macro, a rather old Tokina 28-70mm and maybe other stuff. Interested in anything?
Just lays around here without any use and I rather get some cash, then to observe how much dust my flat produces every week...😉

not sold much this past month or so, but I sold five prints earlier in the year and a run of hand made photo greeting cards in February.

oh, you meant equipment. ... ;-)

i have a couple of boxes of gear I'm almost ready to put up for sale, but for the time needed to photograph and post them. Sometime in July, most likely, given my current work and school commitments.

My plan is to reduce the number of excess lenses and other bits I acquired along the way to simplifying my kit. I don't need anywhere near as much gear now that I'm out of the 'business' and shooting just for my own enjoyment and aesthetic satisfaction.

Ohmigod. Don't know whether to be happy or sad. Just sold the Tech Master.

Breath deeply, and remember why you are doing this. Do not waiver.

..... inhale......

My Nikon F and all its lenses. Yes, I know it's an iconic camera, but it and I never really got along. Viewfinder issues--for some reason, it was a pain to use in low light--too many out of focus shots for my liking.

Once I got an SL2, which, as far as I'm concerned, smoked the Nikon F, it was time to say goodbye....

1. Nokton 40mm 1.4
2. Hexar AF w/ flash
3. 110 rolls of LegacyPro™ 100
4. Zeiss Ikon ZM.

Thanks to all the people who took a chance on a new seller and got great deals. More to follow 😉

I have taken all my remaining Leica Odds-N-Ends and consigned them into a local annual photographic auction. Done deal.

I have recently sold Microtek F1 (AF did not work properly) and also 2 large and heavy studio lights from Venditus. Both items were quite bulky, so I am happy that they are gone. The lights were good, but I have not used them in a year.

I will think TWICE before buying a scanner again. It takes so much time to get a decent scan. For now I will rather pay for a lab to do it.

Consigned to local camera shop: Yashica Mat, Super Ricohflex w/ Autostop, Mamiyaflex A, Diacord G. The Mamiyaflex A (fixed Olympus lenses) has the most sophisticated auto frame counter outside of Rolleiiflex, and the Diacord G has a 10 bladed aperture tessar-type lens. Grateful to have used these working beauties, time has come for others to enjoy them.
