Of the cameras that have come my way, the following have been memorable:
Digital:
Olympus E1, Fujifilm S5 Pro, Pentax K5
Film:
Leica M4-P, Leica M6, Leica R-E, Nikon F100, Pentax P30, Pentacon Six TL
If I have to rate just one, though, it would be a tie between the M6 and the R-E.

The Hasselblad SWC is a very special camera to me. I bought it immediately after getting the M8/M9 combo to make sure "that one day I will revert to using film cameras". It is that good. I am using the SWC now each week.
The Rolleiflex TLR cameras are pieces of art and perfection. It is a joy just to hold a 2.9D in my hands, and to admire its beauty.
The Leica Standard amazes me for its super smooth shutter after all these years. It is so basic and so complete in one small package.
The rest of my cameras are second in line to the ones mentioned above. This includes my M3 and M6 and IIIf.

For me it is a Leica M2 with either a 35 or the Nokton 40mm f1.4. Part of the reason is that I have been using M2's for close to 60 years. The hands and the fingers knows where to go - aperture and speeds can be set by touch. Simple, fast and pretty well indestructible. Ok, the odd sunburned shutter, but that can happen with any Rf camera with a cloth stutter. A camera should be "instinctive" to use. My M2's usually have 400 iso film in them - so the shutter speed is set at 1/250, the aperture at f8 and focus at infinity. Change in light means that I know which direction to turn dials and focus/aperture.
There are others that are easy to use, I agree with the Hasselblad SWC and slo with some of the Nikon Rf's (S3 more so than the SP). However, the M2 is always my favourite.

Another vote for the Barnack Leicas, especially the early black paint nickel models. How it sounds and how it looks is part of the feel. So small and so simple, yet such a pleasure to hold and shoot, slow as it may be. M3 and Rolleiflex close behind.

The leica M2 has a purr when winding and releasing the trigger, unmatched by my other cameras.

This is indeed a therapy for the soul ... Love this and i am getting this in to my wish list too.:bang:
The Leica '0' series - you can see, feel and hear the camera working:
Extend the lens to taking position; see the aperture blades ; see the shutter tension spin round after the shutter is pressed; feel the curtains arresting.
Become at one capping the shutter before feeling the film as it is wound on
Finally when all is done feel the film spinning the shutter release when winding back.
