What new Voigtlander RF or SLR product would you like to see?

I wouldn't be at all surprised if new m-mount 75mm or 90mm lenses arrive. They're still produced in LTM and the older LTM wide angles have largely been replaced by M versions. The R3A is a brilliant camera for 75mm and 90mm lenses and seems, by accounts here and elsewhere, to have sold well. There's probably something of a sales opportunity from R3x owners for an m-mount 75mm that is less expensive than the Summarit, let alone the stupendously able but stupendously pricey Summicron.

The R3x with a 40mm and 75mm combination is one of the under-rated gems de nos jours.
 
1.4/28mm ASPH in M-mount

28-35-50 Tri-Elmar, but I highly doubt VC can pull off something this mechanically complex, because even Leica had a difficult time getting it right and needed two attempts.

AUFSU finder with markings for 35/50mm

Multifinder like the old Nikon zoom finder for 28/35/50/75/90.
Square corners, please?

CL-D (APS-C, 12-16MP) with small, fast DX type lenses

An M mount 50/2 or 50/1.8 to replace the 50/2.5 Color Skopar would be great.

I would buy a compact fixed lens RF with a 40mm/1.4. I'd take one with anything between 1.4 and 2 really. Or maybe one with a collapsible lens like the Rollei 35 has maybe a collapsible 40mm/2 Heliar.

Also an updated 28mm/3.5 please!

A modern MF camera would be nice, nothing against folders, but they're not for me I don't think. Something like a Mamiya 7 from Cosina would be good, but as small as possible. A motor wind built in might be nice.
 
A real pancake for the lonely frame lines on the R4s: a 28mm.

Maybe f/4. Maybe a bit shorter than the 28 3.5... Most of us R4A / R4M shooters (and lots of other people) would buy it! Great for digital bodies too!

A wide and really pocketable M is a dream for many people here, Mr. K!

I forgot to mention I tried to find a black 28 3.5 (LTM, and used of course) for many months, here in Europe and also in the US and Japan, and it was just not possible... So. if it sold that well, and if so many people are looking for it after years of being unavailable, why not? The market is ready for it. It should be made again, this time in M mount, identical or even smaller. People are waiting for that lens long ago...

A special purpose lens with maximum transmission of UV.

The same principle but specifically built for IR photography with the lens scale and focus deliberately shifted to focus 720nM or greater.

The option to purchase lenses with DOF scales corrected for 1.33 or 1.5x crop factors.

Now that I have an M8, I'm just about to start grinding my own lenses with an engraver for both the IR correction and the M8 DOF. Don't make me do it! 😉
 
OK, I have been playing with a Gakkenflex 35mm TLR... it is a plastic toy camera but it is very fun to use, I think.
It has got me thinking about a "real" 35mm TLR.
So, I'd love to see Voigtlander make one. Small, basic, metal and glass. Wide lens and a good focus screen. I'd appreciate a meter but could live with out a built in one.
Put a 35mm lens on it and they could call it the "3535 Twin"...
