I have a shirt that reads, "It's not weird enough for me yet, baby...."
A friend once told me that it is a quote from a book by Hunter S. Thompson. I don't know if that is true or not. I like to wear it every now and then while out street shooting.
When i taught at a middle school, a big favorite was Bart Simpson. One common slogan was "Don't have a cow, man!" My favorite was, "I didn't do it, you didn't see me do it, nobody can prove anything."
You should live in Japan, there are some hilarious t-shirts here. I saw a pair of little girls wearing "Porno Star" shirts (yes, they do come in kid's sizes). An old woman at a bus stop was wearing a shirt which said "Sweet body of fascination", and I saw a high school student wearing a shirt with a picture of a smiling Snoopy which said "Snoopy like it doggy style".
I find obscenity on T-shirts or bumper stickers to be pretty offensive, actually -- no place for it, and it bespeaks a certain coarseness and lack of communication skills, frankly. Sorry if I sound really old fashioned. The best sayings are ones that don't have to rely on the crutch of an "Anglo-Saxonism" to make their point.
That said, I'm willing to make an exception when it comes to anti-NY Yankees slogans, and the tried and true "Yankees Suck" is always appropriate. 🙂
