what's your favourite t-shirt saying?

I find obscenity on T-shirts or bumper stickers to be pretty offensive, actually -- no place for it, and it bespeaks a certain coarseness and lack of communication skills, frankly.

There's a balance to be struck. Here in Britain, we had a comedy series in the 'eighties, recently repeated, called "Butterflies". One of the best jokes concerned the two (allegedly) adult sons who entered a room wearing tee-shirts. The shirt on the left shows a bra. That on the right has the words "He is a sex object" and an arrow pointing, you guessed it, to the left.

:D

Normally my T's are plain without any corporate logo or slogan.
But in some cases I put old company logo's in Illustrator and make my own:

The 1920's Agfa Logo is a favourite as is the old Zeiss Ikon both are fine for retro fun.
I've done some old Kodak Logo's ready to go (just waiting) because people tell me they are going the way of the dodo.

I did a 1930's Zeiss Ikon too:

I basically just pop the logo into illustrator make an .eps and send the file to streetshirts.co.uk
They cost about £15

"Anywhere is Walking Distance If You Have Enough Time"

a few years ago I gave my scientist wife "If We Knew What We Were Doing, It Wouldn't Be Called Research, Would It?" She never wore it.

what's your favourite t-shirt saying?

mine was one i saw about 30 years ago…
it read…

'i'm not always an asshole…sometimes i sleep!'

I liked "Instant Asshole - Just add alcohol".

I'm looking at getting a photo of a cat with the saying "wanted: dead and alive".

A friend has this one: "I don't need Google - my wife knows everything." Needless to say, I only saw him wear it once.
