wray - What a nice picture! Her nice smile accents a peaceful setting, and the arrangement of tones and objects is balanced quite well.

And - congratulations on the upcoming baby.
 
This may not be my favorite, but is the most interesting print I've gotten back from the lab in a long time. Taken with a Yashica 24 on Fuji Pro 160S on a blisteringly hot summer day down here in Texas. It was hot *and* humid, and I think the film broiled in the camera, or something. I was cooked, anyway.

The colors bring to mind the album cover for Led Zeppelin's "Houses of the Holy" http://musicblessing.blogspot.com/2009/01/album-cover-art-houses-of-holy-led.html.

Thanks for the kind words, Eirik. I like Ektar, and had concerns after first adopting it because of blue tone. I now expose for the highlights and have no problem. Too many years of exposing for the shadows in B&W resulted in my Ektar woes. Thanks to Roger Hicks on that one.
