ZI shutter sound compared to FM2

Hi,

Anyone with experience with both the ZI and a Nikon FM2👎 able to remark on the ZI's shutter noise relative to the slap-chunk of the Nikon?

a collection of sounds of different cameras. There is
no FM2, but there is a F2A with and without mirror
lockup.

I compared the ZI at 1/125 sec. to my FM3a at the same in manual mode, which uses the same mechanical shutter as the FM2. Both had film in them. The FM3a is louder, lasts longer & is higher pitched. The ZI is a brief click. It's not a Leica sound, but it doesn't seem intrusive to me.
