I just bought an SQ6:


One thing I’ve discovered, which gives the Neo 90 a real advantage, is how the lighten/darken controls are implemented. On the Neo 90, lighten/lighten+/darken is totally independent of the focus range setting. On the SQ6, Fuji has chosen to make lighten/darken one of the choices of “modes” and by default it applies to the intermediate focus range. If you select macro or landscape, you can’t lighten or darken. This among a few other things makes the Neo 90 a more controllable camera. Even so, the SQ6 gives the photographer a good bit of control (at least compared to most Instax cameras) and produces that nice larger print.
