Does the light meter in your prism work?Awesome! Mine arrives Tuesday, can't wait! Mine comes with the Takumar 135mm f/4 "macro", that appears to be a fantastic portrait lens.

According to the eBay listing "It works properly." But I'll find out when it arrives Tuesday. Looks like you got the prism without a meter,.Does the light meter in your prism work?
I also got the TTL prism with the camera but my repair fellow has it to see if he can get it working.According to the eBay listing "It works properly." But I'll find out when it arrives Tuesday. Looks like you got the prism without a meter,.

The lack of an obvious focus ring suggests an enlarger lens to me. Beyond that... not a scooby, sorry!HELP -- ID ? please

thanks for looking......................john
An eon ago, one of my friends in college had one of these and did most of her Photography degree shooting with it. It was a funny combination because Allison was a smallish person and she wore the Pentax 6x7 like most people wear a small 35mm SLR camera ... 🙂 She made some stunning photographs with it regardless!New addition to the fold and a bit of a dream camera for me. My local camera repair fellow recently got this in - Pentax 6x7 MLU with a 45/4 lens, plain prism as well as a currently non-working TTL prism (that’s being looked at). He offered it to me for a very good price so I knew that if I didn’t go for it I’d probably never end up buying one. It’s in excellent shape and I already have a roll of expired Delta 400 loaded (the LowePro camera bag that came with the camera had three expired rolls of film in the front pocket so a nice little bonus). Now do I wish it had the 105mm lens instead? Of course, but I think I can make do with the 45mm for the time being.
One thing that the camera did not come with was a strap. I looked at the strap lugs and thought that they were close to the Hasselblad lugs. I tried one of the straps I had sitting around and determined that I needed to open up the channels in the strap clips just a bit. After some minor filing on the sides they fit perfectly.
Hoping this opens up a new chapter of image-making!

And I… have just bought an L3! What a coincidence! 😂Just bought a Canon L2. And a Canon 50mm/f1.4 to go with it. Should be delivered next week.
I also may have not noticed until just a few minutes ago that the camera is not just the body but the listing also included a 50/f1.8 lens.
Sigh. I remember when I used to be good at this reading thing... 😆
Well, I do have a couple of LTM bodies that could use their own 50 so it's fine.

I had the AF dynax version and it was really nice!
