I have a question...what resolution is a 300dpi scan? When I take in my film to get it printed and scanned, is that a premium scan, the mid level one or a low res scan?

About a 13 Mb scan based on what I got scanned!

I only now became aware of the "book" project. Maybe I can participate in the next book.

Looking at the list of luminaries, and knowing the work of many of them, I am feeling quite inadequate.

But I get to keep really good company! 😀

that's the way I view it, too.. I'll be able to hand the book to friends and say look at these awesome pictures... they let me put a couple in there, too!

No need to feel that way! Though my shots in the first book were well-received I'm still in doubt. I just push the feeling away and do whatever I feel like. I have a plan for 2 completely different shots this time. I "fear" people might be disappointed with them, expecting something similar to the shots in book1. But I can't let fear get in the way. I want to see my newer insights and experiences in the book, not the old ones. It's good to grow and develop. It's bad to get stuck in a rut and procrastinate.

Is there any date for the publishing of the RFF Book? On LuLu.com there is a offer, if you purchase over 45$ then you can order with supersaver shipping, that means, no shipping cost for international order! So i will wait for the second Volume of the book, but when it comes?
