I always have spare stuff. Just let me know what you are interested in
Roland.
Me too. My point exactly! This is a great time to handle and try out some gear (as long as Mike doesn't bring the Nikon and trick me into holding it, I'm GAS free!).

I can arrange to have some prints of cat portraits there to buy. Let me know which one(s). Unmarked $20s are fine.

Anyone bringing anything "special" gear-wise Tuesday night? While not really special, I'll bring the Panasonic G1 with the 20/1.7 and the adapters (M and F).
Anyone selling anything or looking to buy anything?

Hmmm... I was going to bring the 20mm/GF1 combo. I may have to bring something else that's a little interesting as well. I could bring the black S3 2000 which is on the block. We shall see
Should be fun!

Well, I just stumbled onto this thread. I am not sure I have met any of you guys in person yet, but I will try to get there tomorrow. I will be coming from Alameda on BART as well.

Looking forward to seeing everyone.
Kent - bring the GF1, and if you have an m-mount adapter, all the better.

I'll most likely go to the Bay Area Derby Girls championship match Saturday night at Fort Mason. Pretty good shooting grounds. The match is in one of the old docks. Lots of tattoos, short skirts, and the cool kids always looking cool.

That's Lake district/neighborhood, no? I get confused. SF has so many (~100) 'hoods.

Sorry Bingley and I cannot make it tonight. I would have brought some kinda Canon rangefinder/lens combo. Just returned form a nice long wekend in Seattle. Brought the Bessa T with 28 and 50 Skopar lenses and a lot of HP5 film. Saw a fantastic Alexander Calder exhibit at the Seattle Art Museum.
Yes, let's get an SF area group up here for a Sacto Beer and Gear. Carpool or train. November into early December looking good so far. Besides a few seedy areas I suggest the new Cal/PERS building (lots of glass and metal beams).
Hope all have a fun time tonight. Events like this are special.

Well I'm on 6th+California so we got to get together sometimes.
What is this Lake District you speak of? Is that all those really nice houses on Lake? (perhaps hah)
But if anyone is driving from that area and is feeling generous it would make my trip that way exponentially easier.

The GF1 will make the trip. I don't have the M adapter but if someone brings one you're welcome to give your lens a try on it.

I have a spare LTM > M adapter laying around somewhere. I'll try to fish it out before heading up.

As long as I can fetch them from home before taking off, I have M-m43 adapter, Oly OM-m43 adapter and assorted OM lenses.

My motorbike is in the shop so I'm planning to take either bicycle+BART combo or Zipcar (cheap Prius).
Anyone know if it's relatively safe to park my bicycle with beefy U-locks outside of the bar for a couple hours?

I'd say it's pretty safe. IIRC, there are posts and a smokers' bench out front to lock up to. The place is at the quiet end of the strip mall, but Burlingame and Millbrae are pretty sleepy when the sun goes down.
