Bikers?

Hey guys,

how many of you are bikers,

I am a "biker" I guess, because I have a couple of Harley-Davidsons, and an older BMW. Like England, it is really too chilly here in the winter to use the bike as regular transportation, although some people are stalwart souls and bundle up and go. I am not one of those. I can't stand being wet and cold.

I wore out a Honda Trail 90 as a teenager, was bikeless till I was about 25, then bought an old Beemer and put 30000 miles on it in one year. That did the trick, I haven't ridden since...

Bryce, on a smaller scale, I know how you feel. My brother in law and I took a trip from Toronto to PEI and back, about 3000 miles in 9 days. Once I got home, I didn't sit on the bike for several weeks. I was riding my 1976 R90/6, and he was on his 1975 Honda 750-4. I was getting better milae than he was BTW, even though my bike's displacement is larger.
