Hello Richard,

it's a CV 35.
But pálinka is very different from grappa. Grappa is fermented and distilled from pressed grape - side product of vine, however very nice.
Pálinka is made from fruit - this one is from wide (robustic) plum.

Nemjo, plums make an excellent brandy; I'm presuming that pálinka is a type of brandy? Clear Creek Distillery of Oregon makes an delightful one that I'm very fond of.

Thats Ed O'Neil (Al Bundy) from Married with Children. Arguably the best TV sitcom ever created in the history of television. And if anyone disagrees I will ban them from the site. Having said that, what do you think is the best TV show ever created? :)
 
Maybe the cartoon Pinky and the Brain. The George Burns and Gracie Allen show. And Lassie (just kidding about the dog show, even tho I love dogs) Also I currently like the Trailer Park Boys, but it is running out of steam and the cartoon Family Guy (watch the dog Brian, he smokes, drinks martinis and hung out with the Beats before he was a 'family member')

Still Ted Bundy was a sketch! I used to sell shoes so it made it even funnier for me.

I think they must be the same, however name "brandy" here is reserved for distilled wine to make difference from "Cognac". But that's a different field...

To show my age, wasn't Robert Cummings a photog in the sit com he starred in sometime in the 1950's? :bang:

Just gooled Robert Cummings and it was there. The Bob Cummings Show he played a photog and a girl-chasing bachelor.

I can't remember the original Bob Cummings show, but I certainly remember "My Living Doll". Something about Julie Newmar just makes a strong impression.

Retina Ysarex! That is a fairly rare lens.

I keep a Retina Reflex-S and Retina IIIS packed in the same bag. They use the same lenses. RF coupled and SLR compatible. How many systems can do that?

Yes, there's no little amount of evidence here that coffee causes GAS. Then of course, new gear arrives so more coffee is brewed for a C&C portrait, the coffee is then consumed which causes more GAS and more new gear on the way.

I suspect he invested heavily into the coffee market, UPS & FED Ex and, after starting this thread, has retired to some island. :cool: Quite the Master Plan on his part. My hat is off to Sir Rich ...

This is a very pleasant thought...I wish him well :D!!!

A while back I was running errands and thinking of how good an espresso would be, but it was late afternoon. Last stop was the PO and voila, a long awaited lens and the perfect excuse for a C&C.
 
Well here's my effort...and my first attempt at posting an image. Dodgy viewpoint aside ain't it a work of art (the camera that is)!? :D
