Camera and Coffee

Yep, I think she is (was) pretty. I don't think this is the first or last time a pretty girl has been used to market a product though.

I have nothing against Leica, I would love to have an M2, I just haven't decided to buy one yet. I probably will, because before I die I want to own a Leica, a Rolleiflex, and a Deardorff. I don't see any thing wrong with using a quality camera, I just have a hard time believing that a XYZ camera or lens will make a person a better photographer or that owning an XYZ makes you a better person.

I'm getting a late start this morning and decided to enjoy a leisurely bowl of coffee (Peet's, with sweetened condensed milk in it). And also, I need to load my camera. And, they both fit on the same tray.

I noticed this thread now has over 99,000 views...I wonder if the column size is big enough to display 100,000... Guess we'll see in another 9,000 views :)

Me too. I think I'll make a print of Raid's collection and produce it for my wife whenever she makes one of those "why do you need so many cameras" sounds. Does Brian Sweeney have a comparable shot anywhere? :D
 
It is a wonderful "sickness", isn't it. I enjoy using and looking at every camera and every lens I have.

here here Raid. That it is. Last night I was tinkering with my old Rolleicord and discovered where my light leaks were coming from
(tiny missing screws), fixed it. Then repaired some of the leather that was pealing away and cleaned the mirror, etc. The best spent couple of hours of my day.
 
Martin, Yes it is much better to spend time and money on a great relaxing hobby, such as photography, than to do other things.
