I believe Panda and Peafowl was made since late 1960's or early 1970's. Panda SLR is a collectable camera, and it has many versions.

Invoice read, Shanghi Camera (No model name), 760 RMB, serial number. Brought at The Shanghi First Mass Merchandising Store .

Should be a Shanghi 58 camera (from the serial number), no idea which version is it. I just don't know chinese camera.

I think the date should be June 1960. Then the price should be RMB 260. This camera was originally sold for about RMB 200. In 1960 the government rose the prices of luxury goods such as watches and cameras. BTW, RMB 200 could buy 2 ounces of 24K gold in late 1950's😀
This Shanghai 58-2 is the 3rd version with 4 screws on the accessary shoe, and with a diopter adjustment lever. I think about 20,000 3rd version 58-2s were made.
Shanghai 58-2 cameras were made until about 1963 with a total number of over 70,000 cameras.
