Coffee Corner

Perhaps a bit mundane but Oh so necessary.

Despite just how much I enjoy good coffee, I’ve never really been dependent upon the stuff. On those occasions when I was the first to awake and had subsequently become distracted with any variety of other things, my ex-wife was sure to voice her displeasure with the fact that I had forgotten to make coffee. It was so very necessary for her as well.

Standard response: I really don't like coffee, but it makes cream and sugar taste good.

Heavenly espresso

The coffee machine in the picture is intended for laboratories. It is an extractor that separates liquids from solids (a process in which the separation occurs in a centrifugal gravitational field of 300 G), where the pressure and temperature are controlled by the operator. As noted, the espresso machine in the picture is characterized by separate control and monitoring systems. All components, including the coffee head and boilers, are designed and manufactured in Israel by the company "Coffee Tech Engineering". The Israeli company produces for the professional market segment, but for those who do not compromise on their coffee, and are not afraid of a weight of about 100 kg on the countertop in their kitchen, then there is no other option.
