Come and CHAT! (Test!)

Seems the chat works well. Spend some time with Max, Rich, Doug, andcolor, Back Alley, et al. And with todays technology, I was even able to send Rich a Crona Extra in real time!! Its attached. Hope its still cold.

Oh...and keep in mind that the dayes and times I mentioned above with topics were JUST SUGGESTIONS and nothing is actually PLANNED....

If anyone wants to try to set something up simply post a proposed day and time in this thread with a topic and we'll see how many people shows.

The chat site is open 24/7 without any need for a moderator, password, etc - so schedule away :)

Last night was great fun and we managed to have 4-5 people on line without formally scheduling anything :)
 
My browser crashed Pherdinand. I installed the Windows XP Service Pack 2 a few days ago, and then a couple other updates, and my machine is acting up a little. I popped back in here quickly after that, but then went off to bed. We shall see how things go tonight.

I had the same sort of trouble (running slow/weird) after installing the Service Pack. Then I "defragmented" and rebooted, viola' - runs great now.
 
that chat thing is crazy.
i type too slow and it's like having 2 or 3 conversations at the same time.
it was kinda fun though.

It is sort of crazy when you're typing an answer to ONE question, and as you're finishing the sentence 5 other questions POP-UP! LOL, but it is fun ~ ; - )
 
You should see my daughter when she is on-line. She'll have 9 instant messenging windows open to her school friends, and be carrying on 9 different conservations at the same time. Crazy!!! I've watched her several times. She is very good at it. I know that skill will be useful somewhere. Maybe the United Nations! :)

So, has anyone set up a tenative/suggested "chat" schedule yet? I know with members around the globe a TIME might be difficult to agree on, but how about next Friday at 0200 GMT?

that's 3 o'clock in the morning for me; unless there's a wild party (which i haven't had for years!) there's no chance for me.
