Does camera gear secretly creep onto your desk?

I just noticed that some camera gear has silently appeared on my computer desk! Anyone have a problem with "gear encroachment" on their desk?

It doesn't creep there: I put it there because I'm too lazy to put it away in the dry cabinet, and it's easy to find. Currently M8 with 135/2.8 and laser rifle sight, Nikon F with Dreamagon, Viso III with 65/3,5 and a 90 Summicron on its own.

Cheers,

R.

Frank ... I'm surprised you'd leave all those cameras on shelves with straps hanging down like that.

Obviously you don't have a cat!

The only 'camera gear' on my desk is my computer and my scanner ... I'm a tidyness freak and anything that's not actually being used is where it belongs ... in the cabinet!

i live in a 3 bedroom condo...one room for me, one for the dog and one for my toys...home theatre is in a sound proofed room in the basement.

all this and more is possible for the single male...

One dog and one daughter but how do you keep the dog in one room.
Mine roams all over the place and camera straps need to be kept out`a reach.

No but my sock drawer is so full of junk I just leave the drawer open & now it's become a resting place for such items like bags of film to small camera bags & a brief case which holds all kinds of stuff from batteries to filters!

originally the dog room was for 2 dogs, one of which had some strange habits, so they were both in there when i wasn't home.
after she died, the other has been allowed back to roam as he pleases. but the room still has 2 beds, the grooming table, the dog stereo and daily supplies in it.

it may become a guest bedroom or upstairs tv room eventually.
