Fed2 + Summar

I have a curious question... what gives the film this look? Is it a low contrast developer or is it just printing with very low number contrast filters?
It's XP2 Super scanned with Canon 4400f. Xp2 is low contrast when shot @ 50 or 100 ASA. These images are with whole recorded dynamic range. You can made it more contrasty in PS.

Sorry for delay, but i'm facing wall of problems. My fed2 is scretching film, i'm not able to produce usable photo from Summar - too soft, too much fungus. Every triX film i develop in Diafine das strange yelowish lines in center of neg. Scans from my 4400f look like i have been shooting with cheap digital p&s. I must be cursed or something.

Check the film compartment for dust or rests of film. Be sure there is no grease or oil on the path the film is traveling. If the scratches are on the side of the emulsion, the cause of the scratches is in the compartment or the film guiding.
If the scratches are on the back of the film, there is something on the pressure plate that causes the scratches. Hope you get everything proper again, the Fed 2 with the Summar is a promising combination :)
