fuji users…ideal 3 lens kit?

I am the goofy guy that went back to the future and will do this with zooms!
10-24 / 18-55 / 55-200
I will the use the 27 when I am on the run, and the 60 on rainy days.

Don't mind John. He's allergic to longer lenses. I would take out the 27 and add a longer lens

the more i think about it the more i like the 16/23/56 combo…but i'd live happily with the 60 as well.
maybe i'll try to trade my 2 zooms for a 14 in the meantime...

I currently own the 14, 23, 35, 56, 18-55, & 55-200 with an X-E2 & X-T1.
My choice for a 2 lens kit on the street would be the 23 & 56. Both just amazing lenses. If I were to add a third, I'd go wider & take the 14 along. Again another great lens.
My least favorite of my kit is the 35. It is slow to focus & not as good optically as my other primes. Never liked the 60. Just to slow in use. The 18 & 27 don't impress me optically.
For most flexibility, it would just be my 2 zooms. For zooms, they are pretty amazing.

I've got the 35, the next one will be either the 14 (which I could do with) or the 56 (which I dream about). Having tested both I know they are both amazing lenses but... which one first???? It's a nice problem to have....

If I were to return to Fuji X system I'd get 14-23-56 combo. Not a huge fan of 18mm (soft corners even stopped down) and 60mm (slow af).

If I could get it while I'm here in the US, that would save a bundle. Looks like I will just miss it, though.

14, 18 & 35 for my use. My wife has the 27, a very sweet lens, but if I had to make a choice, the 18. She also has the 18-55 which I never use. I bought into the system for small and light, not the ultimate photographic tool. So while I like the 23's focal, its too big and heavy for me. Never shoot longer than 35.

Just got the X-T1 and have the 18-55 for general and event shooting.
To round out the kit, for myself I can see getting:
10-24 for architecture, landscape and urban landscape. Can be pressed into service for street photography as well.
23mm for street photography and as an all around prime.
I already have a Nikon 50mm F1.2 lens (for my F3 and FM2N) and use it on the Fuji with an adapter. It works great for portrait shots (effective FL=75mm):

I bought my XP1 with the three lenses that were the only ones available early on. I rarely use the 60, but continually bounce between the 18 and the 35. I tried an 80-200 m42 to see how I'd like it and found it just didn't work for me, too clumsy and bulky. I have a couple of M lenses that I use on it every once in a while but I prefer the AF lenses. Fuji has improved the manual focus to the point that it's much more useable if I need to go that route. When the bankroll improves I would like to get the 23 and/or the 14. I'm impressed with the results I see from the zooms, but I prefer to stay with primes, my only wish is that they were a little more compact.

My X-T1 is for work that requires tabletop product shots, "casual" portraits, indoor/outdoor "mood" shots. I currently have 18-55, 23, 27, and 35.
I think my 3-lens setup will be 23, 35, 56.
Alternative would be 35, 56, and 16-55mm F2.8 R when it comes out.

This is a hurtful question. If I could have just three in a kit they would have to be the 10-24 (on order) the 35mm f1.4 and the 60. Since I have to have a second body I'd stick the 14 on an XE1 and consider it to be a Fuji SWC. And the X100 would cover me for the 35mm focal length. Does seem like cheating, though.
