Yes, my thinking too. I like my X100s but I'd keep my X-Pro1 if I bought the X-T1.I preordered it. I'm thinking of using this and the X-Pro1 as a two camera rig.

Basically, this would be the perfect camera for me if it was full frame and had a mirror/OVF and no EVF.

I really like the ISO wheel. Put it on every serious camera, please.
Of course, I do find something to complain even about that. The high-ISO settings are user configurable and - here's the problem - JPEG only. Why is the customization then limited to actual high-ISO values (12800-51600)? If these are JPEG only (I assume the camera therefore switches to JPEG, when a high-ISO setting is selected), you would implement a sweet shortcut to a user-defined JPEG look by allowing any ISO+JPEG combination via these settings. Never leave configurability half way like this.
How well will the X-T1 work with M-lenses? Think there will be a significant improvement over the X-E2 and X-E1? I'm not averse to using the Fuji lenses, but I have 5 M-lenses I wouldn't mind adapting to the X-T1.

There is a dual display mode option where the "live" view of the whole frame is on the left and a zoomed spit-screen focus aid is displayed seperately on the right side.
