I recently was recently given an antique style camera I am no expert on cameras but I would really like to find a manual or at least some background information about the maker. It came in a brown leather case with a seperate old style fan shaped flash and the only manufacturer markings on it are Gen 35 and on the inside on the lens it says F.C. Beauty no. 82190. If I can get my hands on a digital camera I will try and post up a picture, but until then I would appreciate any information anyone could provide as I have searched through the internet and several international camera sites and no one can seems to have ever heard of it.

Closest thing I could find in a search was that it sounds like this one:

A late-50s Japanese viewfinder camera from Taiseko Koki / Canter, with a Beauty f/3.2 45mm lens.

edit:
Actually - the Beauty lens might be the clue... there was a Beauty camera company - with several basic viewfinder models through the 50's - they went out of business in 63. Maybe they made a few other models not under their own marque?
