I bought a Canon IVsb camera as my birthday gift. I never even recalled my "promise" not to buy anything during March, which reveals how tricky "GAS" can be. I will now try to restrain myself from more sins.

It's a RolleiCORD, and it is so totally used. 😉 If I get it for the low bid I put in there's going to be some serious happy dancing going on.

I have a nice Rolleicord that I got a while ago for a low price. The first thing to do, if you actually get it, buy one of those replacement screens online; not the one by Maxwell, since it costs over $175 but there is a guy from Hong Kong who always sells these screen for about $35. Believe me, I have both types, the $35 greatly improves the usability of the Rolleicord. Good luck in this wonderful sunny day!

I was following an auction for a FED3/I 61 in very good shape, but I lost it for a mere 10 min of delay getting into the auction site... It finished sold for a little less than USD 30....
There is another FED3, but price is fixed at USD 120 plus two FSU flash units...

However...

I didn´t resist... it was a nice offer....
A Stainless steel dev. tank, with SS spiral, new unused, plus a Hama double sided reflector, silver and (I guess) white, plus a 30 m roll of HP5+ at only USD 26 shipping included.... I couldn´t resist....

Is that really a sin??

*sniff* I just bought a european to american tripod adapter so I could stick my Iskra II on a tripod 😱 It cost a whopping.. $0.75! 😀 Does that count?

If not, then I'm sure the birthday gift I'm about to get for myself will :angel: luigi half-case for my Zeiss Ikon will 😎

No more camera-like purchases from me for several months now, I really need new clothes for work, a new surfboard, some heavier dumbells, a nice condition M4, a ZM 25 lens, a 90mm lens, a 50mm lens, a couple more folders, a good MF system.. :bang:

i may be a sick man but somehow i feel better knowing this...😉

so far in march, i ordered a new lens, a new camera bag and today i found a near new looking lunasix 3 meter c/w case and neck strap/string.

i feel good!

That's a lie. Bought the $15 Minolta LTM camera last night. But it needs fixing!

That doesn't count. Adopting a camera or lens to nurse it back to health does not count. Get it, fix it, turn it loose. Fly and be free to Photograph, I tell my little J-3's and J-8's as they leave the house.

And I didn't even sign up to this Great RFF Buy-Out! That just doesn't sound right, does it...

Great idea though... might keep the GAS prices down... I'm sure someone has already made that pun and I missed it. Probably JoeFriday.
