I completed my fellowship application yesterday, and I am without any deadlines until January.
Where is the White Horse?
GEAR ALERT: I just got a Plaubel 69W Proshift. Now my Rolleiflex and Mamiya 6 negatives look rather small. With a 6x9 negative and a 21mm equiv it makes a good subway camera using Tri-X, HP5 and Diafine.

I figure that this is a babystep to that Linhoff panaramic rig if I crop. LOL.
BTW its an interesting camera to shoot street. The built in bubble levels are made for shooting from the chest, and there is a detent at 2 meters/seven feet. Kinda reminds me of my Leica IIIG with the 28/3.5 Serenar, but mucho bigger and wider. Call me a wack job, but this big camera is totally hand-holdable and is very steady for night shooting.
So where is White Horse?

no clue how busy the White Horse gets. it's at 567 Hudson Street, New York - (212) 989-3956. this is where Dylan Thomas drank himself to death. O' the sacrifices we make for our art. (of course, since I don't drink, I guess I'll have to eat myself to death if I'm going to sacrifice for art.)

Looks like I will be missing things if we do December 12th, I have to go to Cuba that day. Of course if we do Saturday Dec 11th it also has the virtue of being my birthday...
