Opening photo in my 2005 series of people who come to the Daytona Beach boardwalk. This was about the differing visitors from January to June which was a transition of the winter "low budget" visitors to the NASCAR Speed Weeks crowd to the Bike Week crowd to the Spring Break crowd to Black College reunion crowd to the traditional summer visitors. This guy came to the boardwalk every day in January with out of date bread to feed the sea birds. They seemed to recognize him when he arrived.

The western end of Jogashima Island looking across the channel toward the tuna town of Misaki.

Misaki is on the southern tip of Miura peninsula (Kanagawa Prefecture). Misaki is a sea port where ocean going tuna boats dock and unload their tuna fish for processing and distribution.
