My usual Thursday evening swing through the Astoria West Mooring Basin by Bronstein's processing plant. Tonight the Iron Lady was moored having offloaded her catch and waiting to sail out to fish again. Looks like a Hake/Whiting run. The boat's diesel engine is running, the lights are on to supply a load. Diesels idle very economically.
Full moon, the Hunter's Moon, low tide. It is really low. This was about an hour and a half after low tide.
And here is the other Thursday night photo, this one of the dry dock. I like how the light plays on the hulls at night. Boats are in and out so there is usually something new.
