You guys keep posting excellent photos with the A12. Kind of makes think I should have bought one of these units when I had a chance.

I still love mine, yes indeed, largely because the Ricoh focus peaking through the EVF is so usable in low light. I sold my backup copy on RFF last year, but I imagine more will show up here as RFFers migrate to Fuji X or Sony A. eBay has a number listed in Japan, of course, but for reasonable costs ($450/EMS). As Johan has said again and again, it's a very budget-conscious high-Q way to get Leitz or Zeiss optics (or others via commonly found M adapters) onto an APS sensor.

I'm still searching for a reasonably priced EVF attachment. Love the camera though, despite some shortcomings.

That's as low as I've seen. Considering what one can pay for a plain brightline finder, this is a good price for a brilliant little dioptric tool that has been essential to me as a nearsighted person who likes to shoot without glasses, and shoot SLR like TLR. Often on my knees or lying flat when the weather permits....

@R.F.F
There are really nice shots in this thread, and these two really stood out for me....
Recently I have been dreaming of getting a digital set up for my M mount lens, and I love the GRD4 and its menu setting. This thread may just make me pull the trigger for a GXR!
