If I'm shooting indoors in low light, so with a wide aperture and at close distance, I find that focus guesstimation isn't that easy at all to get right. Scale focussing may be fine for landscapes at f16, but it's definately not at four or five foot and f4..
Oh, and if it's just a matter of GAS, then nothing looks as slick as a black one with a chrome lens..

The bottom half gives a very good solid feel to the camera when in use, but the top half also comes in very handy as it covers & protects the mounted finder in the camera bag. The case is 'leatherette' & definitely not as durable as your Luigi cases (I've never had the pleasure of holding one though), but I find it quality enough for normal use. Good luck with whatever you decide!
