Copyright law deals with the sale and reuse of intellectual property. I neither plan to sell or reuse these images for anything other than their technical merit as photographs. I am not impinging on the profits of Radio City Music Hall, RCA, or Rockettes LTD by having taken these images and shown them to some fellow photographers nor am I planning on making my own version of the production nor passing these images off as official Rockettes merchandise. To imply otherwise could ultimately lead to the distribution of "roofies" at the end of the show so that the audience will not leave with copyrighted images in their minds.
