Not a well thought out way to fix the original design mistake of eliminating the accessory shoe.

The accessory finder for the 7 is bulky and clumsy, but it does work. I have one, only being used when I put my 25mm on my 7.
I agree with Tom A. that the viewfinder of the 7 and 7s is very nice. Maybe both camera’s best feature.

I picked this up cheap because I wanted the 50mm Canon lens it was attached to. I had no real need for the camera so I planned to flip it... Then I bought a Jupiter-12 and found out the Canon was the only camera I owned I could mount it to. So now its become my dedicated 35mm camera with the J-12 and Kiev finder.

Canon P with 35mm f:2,8
also pictured 50mm f:1,8, Auto Up and 40mm thread lens hood (well, S-42 of some sort actually).
I bought the camera kit (with the 50mm) from a british Ebay seller, the 35mm comes from Japan, the Auto Up and the hood from the US. All in mint condition - I guess I was lucky especially concerning the almost non existent haze on the 50mm.

Yes !
Third row, number 6 from the bottom. I am positive it is mine.
Thank you for the picture, it is nice to see my beloved P in the nursery when it was just a tiny baby. (They grow up so fast...)

Incredible beautiful cameras !
It is true that Nicca (Sears Tower Type III) which is a perfect copy of the Leica III and some Canon RF like the IIS are cousins. Red labels <E-P> are really interesting (Military Central Purchasing Office)
RF Canon IIS
and RF Sears Tower Type III (alias Nicca)

I cannot seem to get a handle on this uploading malarkey; all these URLs from somewhere else confuse my simple old brain.
