......<EP> marked L1 w/ Serenar 50/1.9 (w/ six-digit serial number!).......
Well that’s interesting, a six-digit L1. Wonder what the story is on that? Another Canon L1 mystery, I guess.

What can I say.. I am a happy Canon RF camper at the moment 😎
And for sake of a clean picture I am not showing the plethora of original Canon RF cases, (all) black finders, hoods, caps, filters, auto-ups, flashes and other accessories I own. Everything works like it should and is ready for use.
An L1, my rangefinder camera of choice for the summer of 2015. Fitted with a 50/2.0 Nikkor.
The hood was made by a company Mansfield Industries in Chicago as part of the "Raydex Optical Filter Kit" in the late '40's, similar to the Kodak Series. It was sold in a kit with six drop-in filters (Yellow, type A, Red, Green, Blue and Haze). It will fit the Elmar (and clones), as well as the Argus Cintar on the C3 (excluding the Matchmatic). Is that a Series hood on an Elmar/Elmar copy FED lens, Mike?
