No, no 26m parts, this is the first type I61, the second type was the zebra, and the third is the black one.
This I61 lens from 1966 is the runnerup from the 26m, and therefore quite resembles in part.
here's another one, posted by one of our fellow members:
The camera in the photo you referenced is mounted with the early I61 (Panda, which came before Zebra). Note that the color of the aperture ring is black on this lens, but silver on mine. It is possible that my lens is an unusual version, but I am still disappointed with it.

This is my FED 3 after I fixed it up. The vertical alignment was off so I had to use a metal washer to fix it at the correct distance.

My relatively new and humble FSU collection.
Zorki-1d w/ collapsible Industar-22
Lubitel 1
Zorki-6 w/ rigid Industar-50
I absolutely love the pictures they take, they have a nice character. Only downside is that the Zorki-6 slow shutter speeds (1/30th & B) stick

Missed this when first posted. All I can say is, "Wow, that is one clean Zorki!"
Thank you Dan. It is in very good condition and very nice in use.

I've just caught the FSU rangefinder bug. In the background is a FED-2 (C2) with Industar-26M which I bought on ebay from Ukraine about 6 weeks ago, whilst in the foreground is a Zorki 4 with rigid Industar 50 that arrived this morning from Russia, again via ebay. I've just ordered a few meters of braided leather cord to make straps out of, because the spare black synthetic straps I have just don't go!

I hadn't been keeping up with this thread, but that is funny. I remember when the Crosleys came out. They never really caught on I think mostly due to their size. Everybody was starting to look at big cars.

This is a hybrid of a later body, with an earlier rangefinder. It came with the I-22, then I purchased an I-26M so it could share the hood and filter set from my Contax IIa.

Some nice cameras. I'll soon have cause to post a pic too - after missing out on brainwood's Fed 2 I took the plunge on a certain internet auction site and got one. I've just picked it up and it seems in good mechanical condition, but it stinks to high heaven of cigarettes, incense and residual mustiness (I would never criticise someone else's house but there was that aroma there when I collected it...), so I need to find a way to free it of this pungent stench before I can get close enough to photograph it. Even as an ex-smoker I'm truly beaten with this one! The vulcanite seems to have quite a bit of brown discoloration in places - any reccommendations about cleaning it would be gratefully received. Looking forward to trying the lens (I26M); it seems fine with just a little dust and a couple of light cleaning swirls. I also have a Zorki 4 on the way which I got solely for its Jupiter 8.

Most of the later FSU cameras came with some kind of rubberized cloth covering, which works, I guess, but is monumentally ugly. I have redone a couple of these cameras with some nice leather bought at Tandy's. It is quite easy to do, and you end up with a camera that looks better than new.
It's not as if you are desecrating a classic, and it smells good too.
Cheers,
Dez

Commemorative Z4 from one of our fellow members (hope he doesn't mind posting this) after CLA - I mostly use the FSU camera's with Leitz lenses like the summitar and the ltm summaron:
