Actually i quite like the case. 😀 It's kind of retro and after looking at the various camera bags that are sold. I have realized that the case actually has a useful purpose.
But a strap would be great too. 😀

I use a case for my camera too. That way your can throw the thing in any bag with everything else and have no need to worry about it. When I go out shooting with only one cam, you can take the upper off and just walk around shooting. When it drizzles, just need to put it back on.
You are lucky to have a nice case, when I got my canonet, it came with a "melting" case, useless.
