My new Nokton f1.2 35mm making the moves on my wife. Pretty wide open.

This one was at the tail end of dusk. Stopped down to f4 as I could barely see to focus.

I'm just getting used to the lens but I'm liking it. My model helps!
Love this picture, and great use of the directional fading light. Beautiful feel
Simon deserves a free chrome 1.2 from Voigtlander, I believe his images in this thread probably have helped selling maaany 1.2s so far 😉
Go back to the beginning of this thread, Michael definitely energized movement in this market as well! Props to Simon, too.
I loved that when I saw it on your blog. That would be a great print in my opinion.

This is a decent lens but the barrel distortion is slightly distracting... A lot of people might not notice it but I'm just one of those barrel distortion haters.
I don't see what the fuss is about, it's like complaining that Biogons aren't fast enough. Show me another 35mm fast lens that is any better. The Summilux ASPH is very similar in this respect and it has the (supposed) reputation as being the 'greatest' fast 35mm.
If people want a perfectly corrected 35mm lens, buy a Biogon or Biogon-C.
