Chris, those cars are kinda short. Is that an airport tram?

It is the tram at the Getty Center in Los Angeles.

I haven't seen the Stone Mountain RR in ten years and that engine looked way too good.

I don't think the "Texas" is running but at least has a nice coat of paint. They also had a "General" but gave that to a museum.
