finished scanning and uploading yesterday. poor, flat light today: f3.5 @ 1/125 for ap 400; i made one shot this morning, perhaps a few more later today ...

go on a long walk in a public park near some retirement trailer park villages, if'n' ya got 'em. perhaps the people there will call you "sonny." :)
if the weather stinks, set up some still lifes in your window with the most interesting light.
perhaps a visit to your closest commercial fishing docks ...

Went to a small gallery opening in Herndon VA last night

This morning just finished processing a the roll of Tri-X that I shoot this past Tuesday afternoon with my Zeiss 533/16, Negs look good for first time attempt at pull processing ISO 320 D76 1-1 7.5 minutes, but of course won't know for sure until I can scan them.

I am trying to locate some very old family photos that vanished after moving from one house to this one a year ago.

I may use today a Fuji G690 to see if it functions well or not. It is the second Fuji 690 camera that I have never used so far.

It is soon weekend, and I will be enjoying the good weather. I will use the Heliar 50/3.5 to check out again its potential.

What will you be doing?

Tomorrow will be the first day I'll be able to get out and really try my new M3 outfit. The weather has been pretty awful here in East Tennessee all week. Not decided on any particular subject matter yet, just going to drive and/or walk around until something grabs my attention!

M3 here, too, but this one is still very much a project. So is the Barnack, so is the Fuji. More than enough to keep me busy indoors for the weekend.

Weather is actually supposed to be OK tomorrow and I have a few rolls of Tri-X so maybe I should get off my butt instead.

This will be largely a working weekend for me, but I'll have the little Nikon P6000 in tow , which I'm still getting to know. (I'm liking the b/w mode the more I use it, but still dialing in the optimum setup for me.)

It was not weekend, but we have spring break, so I spent 3 days in New Orleans. I took 5-6 rolls with the rolleiflex 2.8D of a street musician (blues singer).

I'm on spring break also. I have two rolls of negatives drying. This is the first film I have developed in 30 years. My wife thinks I'm nuts - but she loves me. I will set up my new scanner tomorrow.

It might rain a bit tomorrow morning but I might head out to this Neo-Nazi Rally that's supposed happen just a few towns over...
The police expect less than 50 Neo's showing up but there's also another group that's supposed to also show up protesting against them...might be interesting...
Plan on rolling some Arista 400 today to use tomorrow...

Hopefully some biking in the morning (need to exercise), bring my M3 with me.
In the afternoon, play around with my new Pentacon Six!

i hope to finish a roll of bw400cn, and start a roll of ap 400 now that i am feeling up to developing. beautiful, almost-summer weather here on the river ...
