What have you just BOUGHT?

A light meter for £2. Reads incident and reflected light and has exposure memory. Not bad at all for that price.

A pack of Fuji 400H in 120 and some FP4+ in 120 and 135, for a friend's wedding next week, that I will probably shoot with film only.

Lowepro Edit 100 to be attached to my other bag.

A no name generic flash diffuser, which I dropped off the bag on the next day and didn't realize it until several hours later. Hasn't used it even once.

This funky pre-war camera. It's a Certo Super Sport Dolly, a medium format (mine's set up with the 6x4.5 mask) folder, circa 1939. Pretty extraordinary spec for something built 75 years ago: coupled rangefinder, extinction meter, and 75 f/2.8 Zeiss Jena Tessar in a Compur S shutter. It was in rough shape when I got it, but it's up and running just fine after a bit of work.

-Fuji X100s in black (as replacement for my Canonet).
-Gordy Strap (in black 40")
-Tom Abrahamsson Softrelease (you guessed it, in black)
-2 extra batteries
-Sony SF64UX SD card

Spend enough money for now. Camera should be here on friday, can't wait!

Had a bit of a GAS attack.
But I couldn't resist this lens.
400mm f2.8 Nikkor in excellent condition.
Now I just need a stronger tripod for it.

I am jealous - nice find!
No need for a tripod, make sure you have a great Monopod for this one - I love the RRS super sturdy mono head - best thing ever!

Bought a metered prism for the 6x7, a good Leica summitar 50/2 collapsible for my Leica (I actually have a Leica lens now!) and a battery adapter for a thrift store Electro 35.

Just some odd bits:

Canon Leather Hood Case (must be for the S-50 hood, as it's too big for the hood I have for the 1.8/50)

Some Logo Golf Balls (Agfa, Kodak, Nikon)

A Walz Hood and Filter kit in a leather case (29.5mm)

And a metal hinged lens cap for my Yashica TLR (love that crinkle paint finish)

1957 Leica IIIg, from the second batch manufactured in 1956. Serial 8267xx.

It came with the 5cm/2.8 Elmar, a hood for the Elmar, a leather ever-ready case, a Leica cable release, two original instruction books (one is a quick-start guide, the other a full manual), a U.S. Customs Import Certificate from Leica for the lens, and a few other minor goodies.

There are a few shallow scratches (bright lines), but it looks pretty darn good. The viewfinder is crystal clear. The rangefinder is a little hazy, but very usable.

A Nikon D3200 with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6, 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6, plus a Nikkor 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX, and a Canon Pixma iX6820 printer. I hope that will be enough to get me started with digital photography. But I also bought a bunch of film and darkroom equipment and chemistry so I can start to process my own film.

I bought a newspaper from Tokio, I like the cartoons!
There was a strange item wrapped up in it, though.
Pentax 67 55mm f/4 is written on it and it's all nice and shiny...

I thing I'll try to find out what it's good for later :)

Strange that P67 lenses are insanely cheep in Japan. Or is it that they are insanely pricey in Germany???
