What have you just BOUGHT?

well, dammit, i just bought another camera bag. it's an addiction, i tell ya.

An A&A GCAM 1100. Got it at a fair price from a fellow on another forum.

Pure impulse purchase. I like good bags, and wanted one like my current ACAM 7100 but without the over-flap.

I would have bought nearly a Pentax ME to go with a FA 28-90 Lens which i purchased to use with a Pentax istDS which i'm going to sell soon because i became rather quick tired of digital photography.

The x-pro1
It is as good as advertised
It feels and sounds so much like the g2! :)
Have only looked at the shots on the camera screen so far, wow, love the choice of provia/velvia/astia.
The BW with filter settings is a big selling point for me.
It will mostly replace my d7000 (certainly not the 55-300 lens).
Hope to make it a lifelong (fat chance in this GAS world of ours) buddy to my Mamiya 6

Just bought a Hasselblad thin strap.

And a Linhof newer version universal 4x5 viewfinder, that needed a complete overhaul. I found the item remarkably unfriendly for maintenance, which was a complete surprise for a German-designed item. I had to modify a part to complete the overhaul. Now it work perfectly.

...Vick

Vick, I am interested in the details - got any pictures? What about a Linhof finder overhaul thread in the Brian Sweeney forum?

I did similar, buying an additional ACAM-7000, which is slightly bigger, than my broken ACAM-7100 (these bags wear quickly).
I bought from Popflash, which I had great experience with in the past.
Now Popflash raised their credit card approval process, factually ruling out any payments, done for deliveries to any address different than the credit card billing address.
This rules out not only a few potential fraudsters, but also everyone, who is working abroad or living in several places/ countries.
Alex from Popflash was most unhelpful, although descriptive of their issue, sending mails with me back and forth until the ACAM-11000, which I also wanted to order was out of stock :bang:

This is a very, very bad trend , that especially American vendors just go the easy way out on potential criminals and tighten payment, so regular customers can't buy any more (only can use more expensive payment methods, involving high fees).

Dante Stella has good things and one or the other tip to say about this camera - look at his site!

just got a mamiya universal with 100mm f2.8, 150mm and a regular 100mm.

it also came with 2 6x9 type III backs (no cables unfortunately), 4 groundglass backs (no idea why so many), 3 cable releases, and a loupe, all packed into a nice aluminium flightcase.

it was such a bargain that i couldnt resist,... it was missing a few pieces though so i also got another body that had a grip, and one other body with a polaroid back.

yeah, went a bit nuts,...

Rollei 35S in mint condition with case strap 2 rolls of tri-x original cap and UV.

For....... *drums* ........ equivalent of 30$ :D

Finally a C Biogon 2.8/35mm for my film M for an upcoming photo project (environmental portraits & landscape), but also as 50mm equiv. for whatever crop sensor I end up buying later this year or next year (none of the current ones work for me).

Nikon 80-200 F4.5-5.6 D LENS from KEH and twenty rolls of Tri-x from B&H.

I need a longish zoom to throw a lot of the picture pout of focus.

user Yashica FR + 50/1.7 ML + Jena 135/4, both with somewhat heavily punished filter rings...€ 35,-- for the set, and everything seems to work nicely.

When I fired the shutter, I was instantly reminded of why I prefer rangefinders *g*

I bought back my M7 .85 that I sold about 4 months ago. Good to have it back.

Here it is at lunch today:
