Do you still have the 100mm? Although it’s a slightly long normal, I think it is the best lens Zeiss ever made for the Hasselblad; the MTF chart for that lens shows impressive resolution. I’d give up my 80mm plus significant cash for a 100mm.…
I bought my Blad with a Zoom 60- 120mm lens initially and I had a 100mm and a 150mm complimentary lenses for that camera.
So I bought my 80mm as the first standard. lens ...
And believe me, it would be significant cash! I was looking at these lately. Decided to buy a 100mm f2.8 for my Bronica instead. For under $300.00, mint, glad I did!Do you still have the 100mm? I liked the 100/3.5 a lot, but the 110/2 for the 200 series is stellar.Do you still have the 100mm? My brother's used OM10 he got in early 90s started my love for OMs. The housekeeper at work found out that I collect cameras and gave this to me. I used it for a while until I realised that i kept using the Om-2 more so eventually i passed it on. Nice cameras.Today I still have a soft spot for the OM10, so despite having too many cameras to shoot with
So, you had an "invisible camera" which you later traded for a Canon AE-1? Pictures, or it didn't happen, lol. This was my first camera I bought. I paid £330 during 1984. I did not live in Uk but get someone to buy that for me. Then later on I change into a Canon AE-1 and it want on to many Canon. My favourite canon was Canon A. Thanks god we did not have iPhones so I was able to learn Hard core photography.
How many of us here have said this? And how many of us have actually followed through? 😉Nikkor 105/2.5 AI-S.
This is hopefully my last purchase for a while. I'm going through the stockpile of gear to trim it down. It's getting out of control.
That's $152.55 for us blokes in the US. Worth the trip, and a spouse's ire, if you ask me!Well this coming Thursday I am hopping on a bus for a round journey of four hours to pick up a camera, 'why do you need another camera' was the wife's cry out. On Thursday I am picking up an OM-1, plus 50/1.8 plus 28/2.8, all with boxes cases etc inc leaflets etc, all in mint condition and for the princely sView attachment 4823183um of £120.
