Congratulations- I stopped using a soft release button in mine as it would end up taking a shot when in my bag and wasting a frame or twoFirst new Leica for me, MP.

Just another hotel clerk
My Christmas present to myself ended up being two lenses for my Pentax K-5 on opposite ends of the spectrum:
Wide: HD Pentax-DA 15mm F4 ED AL Limited. Found one for a good price for the HD version rather than the SMC version so I went for the newer coatings.
Long: SMC Pentax-DA 55-300mm F4-5.8 ED - I don't use a tele all that much but this is fairly light, has a really good reputation for optical quality and has a long reach on an APS-C camera! Got it silly cheap too.
So I'll have from 21 to 450 equivalent covered. That should do me pretty well LOLOLOLOL!

Save one for Santa. That and a plate of steaming spicey wings on Christmas Eve will get you on the "nice" list. Word is that Santa is so tired of cookies and milk.My Christmas present to myself: a carton of beer. Merry Christmas

At our house Santa always got a cold beer and a ham and Swiss. And as was always pointed out to me the next day, he always washed his plate and his glass. Santa liked Gulden's mustard on his sandwich, same as my dad.

A Casio G-Shock! Actually I prefer mechanical watches (like Leicas 😉) but man, those tough solar models are amazing. Quite inexpensive, precise on time and tough!

I bought a couple more Tamron Adaptall mounts, P/K and P/U.
I also got a late model (rubber focus ring) Auto-Rikenon 50/2 lens.

It [Ricoh XR-1] landed and had a nice surprise, a 28/2.8 attached, pretty happy for the price paid, love the locking strap lugs, sometimes it's the small details that make one smile, it even came with the Manual.
The 50mm is good, the 135 has a little fungus on the rear, so should be an easy clean, the 28 just needs a clean, it had brand new batteries installed and a clean of the contacts brought the meter to life....The one downside is the Lens release is broken off but can still be used with a small pointy object and not a deal breaker.

Fujinon 100mm f3.5 AE. Don't have it yet, hopefully it is working properly. If not I can return it easily.
According to Dante there were two versions of this lens (serial 5xxx and 6xxx) but after watching these awhile I think there might be a third version. Units with 6xxx look like they have the same shroud around the SSC button as the first version. Units that start with 7xxx have a taller shroud, probably to prevent pressing the button in a camera bag and running down the battery. This one is an 8xxx serial number.

a Minox III recently overhauled by DAG. I'm amazed by the Minox.
A leather set case, canon 35 2.8 ltm, 35 finder. Literally mint although just a touch of oil on the aperture blades.
