Not Diafine, but many retailers have Bellini DUO Step. They claim it gives results identical to Diafine.
The Bellini is also impossible to find here, I checked all of the European photo stores listed on their websites and none of them ships to Norway.I have used this and Diafine and they are very similar. Duo Step is also a bit easier to use being a liquid concentrate rather than powder.
These are very rare 😲A black Canonet QL17 in like-new condition, made in Taiwan ROC 🤗

The G-III QL are relatively common to find in chrome. But in black they are rare. Unfortunately some repaint them - hopefully Yossi's is original 👍
I bought this black Canonet from a reputable JP seller. He claimed that it is original black paint camera. Just out of curiosity, I checked with Ai:The G-III QL are relatively common to find in chrome. But in black they are rare. Unfortunately some repaint them - hopefully Yossi's is original 👍

It's hard to photograph the slight 'patina' at one corner, but it does look like "brassing".

So, I would like to believe that I got a black painted Canonet QL17. 😀
Methinks you are going to spend a small fortune —fedex, customs, brokerage— for yet another magic bullet.Sorely needed here in Norway the coming months
just joined - is there a 'Welcome' thread where i can do an intro..?
Acufine is supposedly not as compensating as Diafine so I'll give it a shot! If it's a bust I'll just keep on with my trusty old XTOL 🙂Methinks you are going to spend a small fortune —fedex, customs, brokerage— for yet another magic bullet.
Acufine don’t know but I tried Diafine long ago: very compensating => dull highlights. Not what you want for winter in Norway I guess?
The lens hood and soft release I already had.
The c35 is a very nice camera, with a surprisingly good lens. Mine doesn't get as much action as it really deserves, but it's always a delight to use.
I had a C35v a decade ago and still really like the images I took with it back then. I've looked here and there in the past few years to acquire one, but so many of them haven't held up to use and time. This one was at a local camera store with a price tag of $29.50, and it had a battery inside, proving the meter worked! The rangefinder patch on this model is surprisingly good.I have another Konica C35V camera just returned from service by Ken Strauss in California.
The C35 Automatic (rangefinder model) and C35V (zone focus model) are terrific cameras.
