I don't really need anything but, somewhere down the road (if the price is right) I suspect that I'll purchase a Fujifilm X-E4.
All the best,
Mike
I just did... and it's pretty cool in its minimalism. Not many buttons and no grip. Just the essentials and a $849 US price. That feels good in today's digital camera world where everything is overcomplicated and overpriced.

I am hoping to get a Panasonic 20mm 1.7 II for my Olympus E-P5, just very low priority though as I never use the E-P5 anyway plus I already have the Olympus 17mm 1.8. Maybe I should just get the Panasonic 25mm 1.7 instead but I'm a sucker for small compact lenses.

I'm selling the last of my Sony gear. It was too heavy for me. I also sold my micro 4/3 gear and went back to Fuji X. I liked the m4/3 and was very impressed with it, but I think the Fuji is the best compromise for lightweight and quality, and I really like the experience of all the manual controls on top of the XT2. I am also selling all my 4x5 gear which I have not used seriously for over 10 years.
I will probably use the proceeds to get more Fuji lenses. Probably 16-80 (I am really undecided about this one), and the 23/2. I am on the fence about rebuying a used X Pro-2.

I'm more than satisfied with the toold I have and do not feel the need for moire gear.
I'll add a few books to my collection, like Alec Soth's " A Pound of Pictures" , "Let's see" by Dayanita Singh and "The Moon is behind us" by Fazal Sheikh and Terry Tempest Williams .
Of course the list could be longer (actually it is!) but place on the shelves are limited !
I find pphotography books make my photography more interesting than additional gear. But that 50mm F 1.5 Heliar VM Classic....

A Bertele Sonnar. The parts arrived at Skyllaney to fabricate it. Mine will be SN9. got to pick, and had to go with the Beatles.

Oh man, you are right! I can make a hell of a list here!

On top of my list is the Zeiss Distagon T* 1.4/35 ZM. In Asia, this lens is US$650 cheaper than in the USA. Cheers, OtL

I enjoyed the XE-2 back in the day.
I assume the XE-4 with the new version of the 27mm would be a pretty great combo.

A lot of people like the X-E2 design better since it had more customizable buttons and a 4 way controller. I prefer less; shutter speed dial and exposure comp, a tiny joystick and one button to access the menu every once in a great while. A much cleaner design if you want a digital closer to a film camera.

You should take that one, Robert. You'll regret it forever if you don't. That lens will be sold out soon.

Like (almost) everybody else here, I have more camera equipment that I need or will ever use in what is left of my life. this said, I want -
A Fujinon 23/1.4 for my new (to me) XT2. A friend has this lens and lets me use it now and then. It's superb. Best rendition I've ever seen on the images I take with it. So sharp, it produces images that look like small engravings. In a word, wow.
If/when I buy it (I'm waiting for a secondhand one to turn up at a price I want to pay, which knowing me, will take some time) I can then leave all my other gorgeous Fujinons safely at home or in the room safe at my hotel when I travel.
For my Leica LTM kit, I want a universal finder, as I'm now a bit too blind from age to squint happily into my iiif's viewfinder.
Other than that, my plan for later this year is to offload more gear. I've already written enough about this plan in other posts, so that's all I'll say...

I already have more cameras than I'll ever use, like most of us. I've been accumulating the "best" over the last few years since I realized that any film cameras I get from now on I'll have the rest of my life, so might as well... Life is only getting shorter. Only cameras I still want are another 4x5 and maybe an M7. I'd love to buy an Ebony 4x5 but those things are outrageous. I might spring for a Canham. Keith is a nice guy and the cameras are great. I'll probably end up with a Chamonix though. Unless I dump all the stuff I never use then maybe an Ebony. Too lazy to do that though. Selling things is such a pain...

What I wish I could pull off next is a new electronics suite. I'm so far behind the curve on whatever generation of CPU one needs to run today's software I can no longer do any upgrades to my software. Would love to be able to run Photoshop/Lightroom and their associated plug-ins, and have a decent scanner, plus a competent printer.

I keep going backwards with my gear. I’ve sold newer stuff to get older stuff. Example…I just sold an EOS R to get a 1dx. I can’t really think of what else I’d like. Maybe a Rolleiflex?

Like many here I realize I have more than enough cameras. But given film prices and availability, I plan on stocking up on film and powdered developers over the next few months.

I want to shoot more trichromes, both Red-Green-Blue and Infrared.
I also want to take my 4x5 camera out.

I'm in the researching, buying and trying phase with K-mount lenses now on the full frame Pentax K-1 II. Eventually, I'd like to scrounge up the funds to treat myself with one of the FA Limited lenses. But there are so many interesting older lenses out there.

I would like to get a 28mm f2.8 Elmarit R for my Leicaflex. Maybe a Nikon S2 rangefinder camera.

For example, the Pentax MX. Although I have many cameras that show shutter speed and exposure information in the viewfinder in various ways, the MX does it in a unique and somewhat clever way.
I've had a Pentax K2 and MX for eons. Never use either much and always figure on selling one. But I can never make on my mind which one I want to sell -

Most of my photography these days is out of town, on trips. I don't seem to want to photograph much around St. Louis anymore. I'm getting older--in fact. I'm there--and want to cut back on the amount of gear I take on our jeep excursions. So I'm downsizing my Hasselblad outfit, going "back to basics" as Tom A used to say. I'm considering selling my second Hassie body with PME prism, and three or four lenses, cutting the Hasselblad gear until it fits in a Think Tank Retrospective 7. Just a 500C/M body with WLF, a 50mm FLE, 60mm C/F, and 80mmC/F. And for some trips maybe just throw the 500C/M with 60mm lens into a little Nova 1 bag.
However! I regret selling my SWC. I believe I might use the money from the sale of some gear, to pick up another SWC. I used to carry it in the Nova 1 bag, small and handy.
At times I think of getting the M10, but not sure I really need/want it quite that much. I think my new direction will be more in shooting with less gear, and spending more time developing, printing, and mounting.
