My biggest regret concerning rangefinders? That I can't use one.

Trading in my Nikon S3M for a Nikon F. I still have the F but also should still have the S3M.

My M5s need red dots!
About a year ago, Ken Hansen was offering a 21mm Elmarit lens with caps and hood for a BIN price of $1000 and shipping. I pondered, thought about it, meditated, asked him a couple of questions... and then walked away from it. Never has it happened again (and if it did, I was not there to snatch it), and sometimes I feel a bit not having sprung it... but I was still making payments on my D700.

Easy one for me.
When I graduated college with a degree in photojournalism some 20 years ago, I decided to take a job as a reporter instead of a photographer. Facing tons of student loan debt, I had to sell some gear. It was a choice between my Nikon stuff or my Leica M3 and M4p and a few lenses. Like a crazy person, I sold the Leica stuff.
I chose option "B" when I should have chose option "A."

Selling my first rangefinder that I learned photography on in high school, a Yashica J. I recently acquired a nearly mint replacement just last month for a terrific deal on ebay. Now I can once again look at the Photo Club picture in my high school yearbook where I'm holding my old J without a tear in my eye.

Not taking advantage of the darkroom more in high school. I used it, sure, but didn't get way into it. All the chemicals just sitting there every day, waiting next to rows of enlargers... It could have been a blast.

A choice between selling the Canon VI-L and both of the new old stock black J3's which were both collimated correctly.

Not getting one sooner, and not getting great travel shots etc. I've been on holidays with no camera at all or just a compact, places where I could have been taking loads of photos and looking at them now.

Selling my Mamiya 6 complete with all three lenses.
I needed the cash at the time. However, I take some consolation in knowing it went to a good home.

Probably not having the means to buy a M9. But I'm not the only one on this forum with those feelings... :-D

Not using my Nikon S2 and SP more often. Shooting digital instead is just too easy.

I found a Konica Auto-s in ca car boot sale for £3. I went to the car to get some change and on the way back the Konica had gone.
I am still looking for a Auto-S in such a good condition for £3.....

I regret getting into RF cameras since the GAS is really, really bad. I want to try (not necessarily keep) them all. Also, I find I'm reluctant to use a DSLR except when I require the output. I'm constantly thinking of ways to incorporate film into commercial jobs again. It's introduced doubt into my occupation.
Film Cameras and Land Rovers are my hobbies. Talk about a sucker for punishment.

Not having bought the Summicron 35mm that I desired when I bought a Leica M.
They were far cheaper in those days. Plus I could have gained years of enjoyment from it by now. I can't get those years/opportunities back even if I did finally give in and buy one today.
I made the same error in not buying a beautiful hardy perfect when I started fly fishing, with exactly the same result. They sold for about £50 then.
Who says that you learn from your mistakes?

Regret selling my first M, a Leica M6. I had just snagged a great deal on an M4/ 50mm Elmar combo I couldn't refuse, but with an M6, M4 and CL, something had to give, as I both had too many M-mount bodies and also sought out an M3 for the higher magnification finder with the majority of my shooting being with a 50.
I shoot with an M3 and M4 now, but prefer it was an M3 and M6, as I miss the black body, 28mm frameline, and possibly the light meter. I don't miss the rf patch flare of the M6 though.
One day, I will swap my M4 for an M6/ M4-P one day, and have the 50, 90 & 135 framelines scrubbed. That would be the perfect compliment to my M3, for me.
