Camera and Coffee

My Sunday morning coffe has turned into a photo session.

The C35 Automatic that I recently got has a sticky shutter and I don't have the necessary tools to work on it, i.e lens spanner, so I got a replacement that is working. I guess I will have to get my self some tools for my upcoming birthday and dig in and see what comes of the C35 Automatic.

This is the original C35 (unofficially a Mark II) that was introduced in 1968. It has Konica's ubiquitous 38mm f/2.8 lens made of 4 elements in 3 groups.

Having my sunday moring coffee at the laptop today. I realised that I haven't shoot the 120 film that I got for my Yashica-A quite a while ago. So I got it down off the shelf to look it over. Maybe tonigh I will try some sunset shots if Mother Nature cooperates.

My camera and coffee shot this past Sunday was kind of a cheat. I needed a better way to store/display my point and shoot cameras so I built an insert for the bookcase. I wanted to get the shelf into the shot, so it is coffee and cameras.

Back again, can't seem to stay away from either coffee or new to me cameras. I had this fall into my lap & while it needs a bit of work (beam splitter, iffy curtains, etc) it was too good a deal to pass on. So here we go again... :bang:

But what can I say? A IIIf RD & a collapsible Summicron. It doesn't get much better than that combination.
