Camera and Coffee

Nice shots guys and girls.
Fraley, love the strap - looks like it was made for it all the way down to the green leather. Nice..

Reminds me though...I need coffee....

This is what Coffee and Cameras are doing in Greece.

I'll skip the smokes, but take the expresso and camera 😀

Ah yes. Greece! I hope to be there this season. If not, at least make it back to Aruba. I'd love to see you fill your gallery with photos from Greece. Its such a photogenic country.

I'm completely new to the forum...

If there are any Photoshop fans here, you might recognize the coffee mug.

Retina IIIc, yes

Retina IIIc, yes

Yes, it's a IIIc, and it the lenses are Schneider.

Just out of curiousity, what did you mean by original version?

petewho,
Welcome, nice mug and Retina. When I took Adobe's class two years ago all I got was their pen. 😀

Original Version: The "two-zone" light meter. A second version came out right before the IIIC that had a single-zone selenium meter that did away with the mask over the meter.

Chris Eve has a great Retina Site. The IIIc is the type 21 camera.

I'll be looking for pictures posted with the Longar! Do you also have the "Curtar"?

Back to "camera and coffee" - LOL. Here's the new J-12 35mm lens on the Zorki. Underneath is a late '40s program for the Folies Pergere' that my mother was throwing away. My dad went there post WWII while in the Army Aircorp. I had never seen this program before as a child, it shows the performers TOPLESS - gasp

Is a canon mug better than a Nikon mug? 😀
By far...(although I never admitted it when I owned my Canon gear 🙂

And a bad picture of my 2 favorite RF cameras, the new addition, and my favorite breverage.

Just doing my part to get this thread to read 1000 replies so we can all have a party and celebrate!

Kind of like "Is B&W better than color film?". Just different tools for different people. Actually I have a Nikon coffee mug too. I'll post one with both, if they'll sit still for it - LOL.
