Camera and Coffee

Joe,
I've also found that neckstraps for ID's/keys/cellphones (from the dollar store) when tied off 1/2 way, make great wrist-straps. Sturdy and super cheap ~ ; - )

Hey
i made a grabshot Camera and "Coffee" with the Ikonta (and the watameter RF unit to make it worthy to be shown here!🙂 )

It's almost Christmas and we've got the Christmas pack from the University today - so instead of coffee, i added marshmallows and orange juice😀

cheers, forum

Time to post a real camera-and-coffee shot of my two "newest" rangefinders. Actually, i don't know which one is older, but i guess the Contax.

Man, I haven't seen those sugar cubes since I left Russia🙂)) Nice pic.

No euro sugar cubes, just a Merry Christmas wish to all RFF'ers from my little RF family 🙂

Pherdinand,
Mr. SP just returned from the camera Dr, so the rest of the family is somewhat jealous.
Here's the rest of his family.😀

H*, that Oly looks really fine! What a sweet little camera it is! Seems like a nice camera for my little girl when she gets a little bigger and I can explain to her how to use a manual camera. But I think she'll sooner end up with one of them digital Oly mini mju's. 🙂

I FINALLY can post in this thread too!

There's no coffee in the cup; it's Coke. But Coke is full of cafeine too! 🙂

Not the best of shots, I admit, but, Héy, when I get a bigger, better camera with bigger, better lenses I'll take a bigger, better picture to post. OK? 😛

Well, I received a MINT Konica S2 and NAKED Canonet today from Rob. I will be looking through some old leather in the house for a suitable cover. I will use the leatherette from a parts Canonet 28 for the pattern. That Gold M2 LOOKS NICE; but i am thinking Burgandy(sp?).

Rob enclosed some lens test reports for the Canonet and S2. If the S2 lives up to its tests, it is the "Poor Man's Leica". The lens tested very sharp; so we will se if a random sample in perfect working/cosmetic condition held up for all of these years. It is one of the few cameras that I have seen with framelines that change SIZE with distance to show the correct image.

And an S2 can still be picked for peanuts? Or did you guys drive up the price to astronomical heights, making it more of a Leica man's Leica? 🙂

RML,
Wow, looks all wrapped up for Christmas. Just needs a bow on top, very nice.
