My daughter attended the Sydney Olympics in 2000, and brought back a bad habit: Vegemite. I love the stuff!. In addition to toast in the morning, it add a savory flavor to beef soups and stews. Wish it was easier to get here.

I love the smell of Vegemite in the morning, Breakfast of Champions. It`ll probabely end up being banned, unfair advantage and all that. I served some up to an American friend of ours some years ago, the look on his face was priceless. His reply ,Wow man that`s intense!
